I'm Cindy and I have a passion for couple's relationships; I truly believe they are the key to success and happiness in life.  My mission is help make couples counseling more effective and efficient for couples, and for the therapists who help them.

Most relationships at some point get stuck in negative patterns of communication.  We find ourselves repeating the same arguments with no resolution, and we start to feel hopeless.  We feel like we're on a merry go round getting more dizzy by the minute.  Eventually, we just want to jump off.

If we both decide to jump off this merry go round, and no one is pushing for connection or resolution, we can begin to feel like roommates.  Especially once the sexual intimacy fades, we start to wonder if we're just friends, or even business partners running our family business.  These are lonely and painful times for couples.
